League Rules

• Players must register in the appropriate      grade-based division
• Proof of age and/or grade may be required
• Playing up is permitted only with league approval
• Playing down is not permitted
• Players may only be rostered on one team

• Registration is not complete until payment is received
• All registration fees are non-refundable
• Late registrations are accepted only if roster space is available
• Unregistered players may not participate in games or practices

• Teams consist of 8–10 players maximum
• Rosters are locked after the first league game
• No roster changes after rosters lock, except for injury or league-approved exceptions

• No player evaluations will be held
• Teams are formed through a blind draft
• Draft order is determined by VIP Hoopz
• Jerseys are distributed on Draft Day

• Each player receives an official league jersey
• Jerseys must be worn during all games
• Lost or damaged jerseys may be replaced for $30
• Players must wear appropriate basketball shoes

• Each team is scheduled for one  (1) one-hour practice per week, based on gym availability
• Practice days and times are assigned by VIP Hoopz
• Missed practices will not be rescheduled

• Players are expected to arrive on time and ready to play
• Excessive absences may affect playing time
• Playing time is not guaranteed and may be impacted by:
  • Attendance
  • Effort
  • Sportsmanship
  • Game situations

  VIP Hoopz expects respectful behavior from all participants.

Players

• Show respect toward teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, benching, or suspension

Parents & Spectators

• Positive sideline behavior is required
• Coaching from the stands is not permitted
• Verbal abuse of officials, coaches, or players will not be tolerated

  VIP Hoopz enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Fighting
• Abusive or threatening behavior
• Disrespect toward officials,  staff, or participants

Violations may result in ejection, suspension, or removal from the league without refund.

• All registration fees are non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for missed games, practices, or cancellations beyond league control

 By registering for the VIP Hoopz Spring League, players and parents acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all league rules and policies.
